TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by I Am Hacked ("we", "us",
"our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If
you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
I Am Hacked provides professional cybersecurity consultation services.
Our services are offered in three tiers:

Tier 1 - Social Media Investigation & Account Recovery
($500):
Investigation of one hacked social media account, suspicious activity
analysis, account recovery assistance, and security recommendations
for social accounts.

Tier 2 - PC Health & Compromise Check ($1,000):
Initial investigation & analysis of one personal computer system
searching for malware, unauthorized access, or any compromise
indicators to discover whether the PC has been hacked or not ~
compromise assessment.

Tier 3 - Full PC Hacked Investigation & Recovery ($2,000):
A full investigation for a confirmed or highly suspected compromised
personal computer system, including deep system analysis, advanced
malware detection and removal, and a clear security remediation and
hardening plan.
Each one payment allows for two scheduled consultation sessions (pre and
post analysis), where we know the case details and requirements, discuss
findings, provide recommendations, and answer your security questions.
3. Payment Terms
All services require full payment in advance before consultation
scheduling. Payment is processed securely through PayPal using their
payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
accounts.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed
immediately upon completion. You will receive a payment confirmation
and transaction ID.

Service Access: Once payment is verified (typically
within minutes), you will receive access to schedule your consultation
through our booking system.

One Payment, One Booking: Each payment entitles you
to one consultation booking (one session before analysis and one
after). If you need multiple consultations or additional services,
separate payments are required.

Payment Security: We do not store your full payment
details. All payment information is handled securely by PayPal in
accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States
Dollars). International payments will be converted by PayPal at
current exchange rates.
4. Service Limitations and Scope
Our cybersecurity services are provided for legitimate security concerns
and investigations only. Important limitations include:

Legitimate Use Only: Services must be used for
legitimate security investigations of your own accounts, devices, or
systems.

No Illegal Activities: We do not provide services for
unauthorized access, hacking into systems you don't own, illegal
surveillance, or any activities that violate local, state, federal, or
international laws.

No Guaranteed Recovery: While we provide expert
analysis and recommendations, we cannot guarantee complete account
recovery, data restoration, or removal of all security threats for
every possible scenario. Results depend on the nature and severity of
the security incident.

Time Limitations: Consultation sessions are scheduled
for specific time slots. Extended analysis beyond the consultation may
require additional service tiers or separate arrangements. However, in
many situations, we may request you to be live with us all the time in
the call to recover your account, or to get some information needed
from your PC. Pre and post analysis session shall not exceed 1.5 hours
each.

Client Cooperation Required: Successful
investigations require your cooperation in providing access,
information, and following security recommendations. We are not
responsible for outcomes if recommendations are not followed.

Third-Party Services: We provide consultation and
analysis. We do not directly manage or operate social media accounts,
cloud services, or third-party platforms on your behalf.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients are responsible for:

Accurate Information: Providing truthful and complete
information about your security concerns, incident timeline, and
affected systems or accounts.

Cooperation: Actively participating in the
consultation process, answering questions, and providing necessary
access or information when requested.

Access Credentials: Maintaining confidentiality of
any temporary access credentials, tokens, or security information
provided during the investigation process.

Legitimate Use: Using our services only for
legitimate security purposes related to your own accounts, devices, or
systems.

Timely Scheduling: Scheduling and attending
consultations within reasonable timeframes. Repeated no-shows or
cancellations may result in service limitations or cancellation
without refund.

Implementation: Following security recommendations
provided during consultations. We provide guidance, but implementation
is your responsibility. For social media accounts, we also implement
the security recommendations with you.

Backup and Preparation: Ensuring you have backups of
important data before investigations begin, and preparing necessary
information or access credentials in advance.

Credentials Changing: Change every and each
credential you told us about after finishing our analysis, so you only
know them and no one else!
6. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is
designed to be fair while protecting our service integrity:

Full Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered if
requested within 24 hours of payment AND before the consultation has
been scheduled or conducted.

Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end
prevent service delivery, a full refund will be provided regardless of
timing.

Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the
service due to our unavailability or something else, a full refund
will be issued.

No Refund After Consultation: Once a consultation has
been scheduled and conducted, refunds are not available. The service
is considered delivered upon completion of the consultation session
and case analysis.

Partial Services: If a consultation is partially
completed due to client cancellation or no-show, refunds are not
available. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed
within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method
through PayPal.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Am Hacked shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly
or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible
losses resulting from your use of our services.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information,
private details we looked into and security concerns. However, we reserve
the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website and
provided through our services are the property of I Am Hacked and are
protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be
effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
